I'm so glad this hotel met &exceeded our expectations as our 1st stay in our 1st visit to Japan. Area and Vibe: The hotel is easy to find in the Shimbashi area which is a lively area both day & night with "salary men" frequenting the neighbourhood for happy hour drinks and socializing while young people also party there at local clubs & venues. The area also has several sushi, Izakaya and other cultural cuisines as well as International cuisines to choose from. It is a 5 minute walk from Shimbashi station which easily lets you access several of Tokyo's major subway lines. Hotel and room experience: This is a 4 star hotel with exceptional cleanliness and our twin bed room was sizeable enough to accommodate two women traveling with quite a bit of luggage comfortably. The hotel is impeccably cleaned every day and it is feels more of a self-service space with how out-of-the-way the staff are while also maintaining a world class level of cleanliness and attention to guest's needs. They serve a daily buffet breakfast with a luscious spread of both Japanese and western dishes. We sampled the breakfast one morning and loved it! we were full and satisfied for the majority of the days we were clocking in 20k steps. We also appreciated the availability of the on site onsen that was serene and spotless. Tattooed people are welcome to use the space as well which was handy as I have tattoos and was worried about respecting their cultural rules with it. Our room was cleaned everyday and the hallways and lobby are always scented with their signature diffuser scents that are heavenly. A great way to enter the hotel from the bustling streets. Surprisingly, we were on the 2nd floor and hardly heard any of the street noise when we were in our rooms which was also a great addition. We loved our stay here so much we booked the same hotel chain for our Kyoto leg of the trip and were not disappointed at all.

Location perfect. Shimbashi station is like a hub station that has many trains to connect you all over Tokyo including airports Haneda /Narita without transfer, and even it’s an express train, no additional charge. It’s middle of kinda like red light district probably not suitable to children but the hotel location is a bit away from those drinking bars which are mostly near the station. Yurikamome line can bring you to many attractions like Odaiba, JR can bring you to Shinjyuku, Shibuya, Tokyo station, etc, and several metro was very useful too to go to Roppongi or Ginza. Ginza is walking distance, though. Imperial palace is also walkable. The hotel has common bath like hot spring style which is quite big. It has outdoor bath and sauna, a perfect place to relax after long walk. And it opens 15:00 to 11:00, meaning it’s open whole night. They had good cleaning system and replenish everything everyday including 2 bottles of water. Staff can speak both English and Japanese. One time we accidentally left our card keys inside the room, and the hotel gave us an extra one without any charge which we needed to return upon checking out. The room we stayed with twin beds was large enough to open 3 suitcases to fix our stuff. It had nice views of main streets for our room.

We stayed at this hotel recently and would rate the overall experience as average. The room was clean and functional, but nothing particularly stood out in terms of comfort or design. Staff were polite, though service felt a bit impersonal at times. One of the highlights was the public onsen. It was well-maintained and offered a relaxing atmosphere after a long day, which I appreciated. However, outside of the onsen, there wasn’t much that made the stay memorable. A decent option if you’re looking for a simple place to rest with access to a nice onsen, but don’t expect anything too luxurious or unique.

Shimbashi Station was literally 10 minute walk away (900 metres) where you can catch the Ginza line that takes you to so many places. The staff was accommodating as we were a family of 5 with 3 kids and although they didn't have connecting rooms they gave us rooms next to each other. There were 2 washing machines but they were always full for a whole day I was trying to wash clothes, eventually I washed them the next day. Surprisingly, the coffee in the rooms was very good, and I loved that they sold snacks in the lobby and had drinks vending machines inside the hotel.

The location was nice. Breakfast was amazing, really nice. The room was small, couldn’t put luggages but that’s fine. The locstionw as nice, close to Shimbashi ststion which connects to major subway lines. A lot of local resurants, not overcrowded, close to local resturants, and if you use the subway, you can easily get to major attractions thanks to the subway station nearby. Goong back to the meals, they had a variety of cuisine that was nice to try. Overall the say was amazing.
